About the Job

A-1 Mechanical Inc is hiring a Phone Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service to clients. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely information about products and services.

We are looking for an individual who possesses strong organizational abilities, with the ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively address client concerns, while your ability to multitask will allow you to manage a high volume of calls.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of providing top-notch support to clients. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with contact management systems.

In this role, you will schedule appointments, gather information, and provide accurate and timely information to clients. You will also be responsible for resolving customer concerns, debriefing service technicians, and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
