Job Description

Las Vegas Company is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to provide top-notch technical assistance to our team. Estimated salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the front line for support in our local region, providing service desk support and resolving problems to end-user satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing service desk support and resolving problems to end-user satisfaction regionally.
  • Monitoring and responding quickly and effectively to requests received via our IT Support Tickets system, phone, and on-premise as necessary.
  • Prioritizing work accordingly and collaborating with other staff and vendor support resources to resolve issues.
  • Troubleshooting networks, equipment, software, and services over the phone and with remote control technologies.
  • Desktop hardware and software installations and support.

To succeed in this role, you must have solid experience and in-depth knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting, system configuration, various application software, computer security, routers, and servers support. Essential qualifications include:

  • Hands-on experience in an IT or similar Service Desk environment.
  • Experience working with a service desk ticketing system.
  • At least one IT certification (A+, MCP) or obtain within the first 6 months.
  • Proficiency in current Windows Desktop and Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of various Windows Server OS's, SQL, and Office 365.
