Installation Project Manager

Position Overview

As the Installation Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with our clients to coordinate nationwide setups of medical devices. You will oversee a designated area and partner with supply chain teams to ensure that service requests are fulfilled promptly.

This role is hybrid, requiring you to be within a reasonable commuting distance to our Best Buy Health office. You may be required to attend the office several times a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage all orders from the Default report
  • Conduct daily communication with Case Managers and clients
  • Maintain regular contact with Geek Squad Health Agents through our management system and resolve updates as needed
  • Document all interactions in our systems to guarantee timely completion of service requests, adhering to service level agreements
  • Address escalated installation or service issues promptly
  • Utilize installation metrics to manage your assigned area effectively
  • Respond to incoming calls for the team
Essential Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with data entry in a customer relationship management system
Preferred Qualifications
  • Over 2 years of experience in customer service is preferred
  • Experience in a technical or product-oriented role is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience managing service requests, escalations, and customer concerns
  • Familiarity with Dynamics software
  • Experience using key performance indicators to drive focus
