Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Anchor Construction and Management. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving company growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and networking to identify new business opportunities in the Houston market
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients and drive business development
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to key stakeholders to secure new business deals
  • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Document sales in our CRM system to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a business development or sales role
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills to drive business growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to persuade key stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term growth and business development
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive business results
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage sales data and track progress
