Established in response to the opioid crisis, we provide a range of treatment options in the community, including outpatient care, residential services, and supportive housing. Our innovative approach also includes telehealth services aimed at expanding access to care.

Role Summary

We are in search of a transformative leader to assume the role of President. This position demands a strategic visionary with outstanding leadership capabilities, poised to guide and expand the organization in alignment with its mission. The President will spearhead efforts to deliver exceptional care and support services, emphasizing quality, innovation, and holistic recovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Advocate for the mission of OneFifteen Recovery, fostering a culture centered on quality and collaboration.
  • Financial Oversight: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the substance use disorder sector, overseeing financial planning and sustainability.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with various stakeholders, including patients, staff, and community organizations.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies that align with both immediate and long-term organizational goals.
  • Team Development: Recruit and nurture a high-performing executive team, providing mentorship and fostering a cohesive work environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare, particularly in substance use disorder or behavioral health.
  • A Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and financial management.
  • A passion for evidence-based treatment and a commitment to quality improvement.
