Position Overview

As a Senior Analyst within the Analytics team at Publicis Collective, you will play a pivotal role in shaping client solutions and media evaluation. Our data-driven insights are crucial for driving strategic growth for our clients, and we believe that data should be actively utilized to bring compelling ideas and narratives to fruition. We integrate data, technology, creativity, media, and strategic capabilities to deliver comprehensive media solutions across the landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver analytical solutions for clients and internal stakeholders through quantitative analysis, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team lead and partners across the agency to execute analytics projects.
  • Provide expertise in marketing strategy, digital attribution, experimental design, media mix modeling, budget allocation, audience targeting, programmatic strategy, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Drive innovation in digital marketing and analytics within the agency and the broader industry.
Essential Duties:
  • Define, prioritize, and execute various analytics projects, including forecasting, scenario planning, test design, campaign management, and advanced reporting.
  • Utilize practical skills to derive actionable insights that empower clients to make informed decisions and enhance performance.
  • Conduct marketing analytics, encompassing predictive analytics, digital attribution modeling, and market forecasting.
  • Evaluate both the short-term and long-term impacts of marketing on brand positioning and competitive standing.
  • Support the development of analysts through skill enhancement and problem-solving initiatives.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and management regarding project status, ongoing tasks, and challenges, ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Share and present findings with the broader team.
  • Establish and nurture collaborative working relationships with data platforms, investment teams, and business excellence teams.
  • Identify and construct business cases while providing feedback on best practices.
  • Assist in managing product and service development.
  • Deliver training to employees across departments on analytical methodologies related to marketing.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics, digital marketing, or business consulting, utilizing data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Hybrid flexible work arrangement; must be located in Michigan as per the 3-day in-office policy.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing methods and systems, including Search, Display & Programmatic, Social Media, and Content.
  • Knowledge of multivariate testing and statistical analysis.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented, quick learner, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Data fluency: Ability to effectively generate performance reports, troubleshoot issues, and understand data interconnections.
  • Internal resource expert: Experience in training and onboarding analysts, leading communication with internal teams on reporting and data troubleshooting, and participating in internal meetings.
  • Strong Excel skills, including knowledge of VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data visualizations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with enterprise analytics tools, particularly Tableau, Datorama, and Power BI.
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Power BI, Campaign Manager, Innovid, and Kantar.
  • Experience with Programmatic DSPs, SEM Platforms, and Social Platforms is advantageous.
  • A degree in marketing or a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, or economics is preferred.
  • Knowledge of querying data within SQL environments (SQL Server, BigQuery) is a plus.
  • Experience with R, Python, or other statistical analysis and data mining tools is beneficial.
