Role Summary: You will serve as the primary Salesforce expert, overseeing client engagements, proposals, new business initiatives, recruitment, intricate solution design, and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in Financial Services Cloud, including platform setup and configuration
  • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce offerings such as Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds
  • Convert business requirements into effective platform solutions
  • Facilitate technical design discussions and document solutions
  • Manage custom development, integration processes, and data migration
  • Ensure high standards of code quality and provide technical guidance
  • Supervise all technical elements of projects
  • Drive business growth and deliver project estimates
  • Mentor junior team members and participate in recruitment
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% may be necessary

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in consulting or relevant industry
  • Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud, including platform configuration
  • Minimum of 3 years working with Salesforce
  • Ability to design and enhance business processes
  • Expertise in Salesforce products and configurations
  • Familiarity with Apex, VisualForce, and data management tools
  • Experience with agile methodologies and cloud technologies
  • Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills
  • Salesforce certifications are advantageous
