This position involves independently managing high-impact initiatives, designing key performance indicators aligned with our GTM strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote data-driven decision-making.
This is a remarkable opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, applying advanced analytical techniques and big data technologies to deliver comprehensive analytical solutions. Success in this role necessitates a strategic perspective, the ability to challenge existing norms, and strong storytelling skills to translate complex findings into actionable insights. You will provide practical insights through data visualizations and ensure that time and resources are utilized effectively. Furthermore, you will articulate complex analytical results clearly and persuasively to executive leadership, influencing strategic decisions and driving business impact.

What you'll do
  • Collaborate with GTM leaders to create detailed roadmaps that empower customer-facing teams and drive results, encompassing both operational and strategic projects supported by analytics.
  • Independently oversee and execute high-impact projects that fulfill the needs of executive leadership, ensuring timely delivery and significant outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities where data science and data-driven insights can substantially influence GTM operations, taking ownership of prioritizing and delivering these projects.
  • Design and implement key performance indicators aligned with the company's GTM strategy, ensuring these metrics yield actionable insights.
  • Define scalable data model requirements and work closely with Data Engineering for successful implementation and maintenance.
  • Lead the agile delivery of analytical projects, ensuring clear definition, implementation, monitoring, and communication of progress and results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, product, and engineering, to promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Utilize a consulting mindset to provide strategic insights and recommendations, leveraging analytics to inform and influence business strategies.
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques where applicable, to enhance the depth and breadth of analyses and insights.
This role requires
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience; or Master's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience, or PhD with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a quantitative field.
  • Extensive experience in Sales and GTM (Go-To-Market) analytics, demonstrating a robust business acumen.
  • Prior experience leading analytics teams and projects, with a proven track record of driving business impact through data.
  • Deep expertise in end-to-end analytics processes, including building data pipelines, data modeling, generating insights, and utilizing common data science techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Significant experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • In-depth understanding of data science methods, including regression, classification, tree-based methods, and time series analysis.
  • Strong business intuition and curiosity about GTM operations.
  • Proven ability to drive prioritization across multiple stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in independently completing projects, including the development of self-service dashboards, data reports, and ad hoc analytics capabilities.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in implementing, documenting, and effectively communicating with collaborators and partners during requirement gathering, data modeling, and visualization.
  • Exceptional ability to distill complex findings into actionable and clear insights.
  • Strong storytelling skills to convey data-driven narratives to a variety of audiences.
Bonus points if you have
  • Experience in a consulting role, particularly within analytics or data science domains, providing strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Proficiency with advanced data science techniques, such as neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), or unsupervised learning methods.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
