Job Overview

This role involves conducting interviews with clients to determine their needs, creating custom solutions using our toolbox of over 220 top-named carriers, educating the community on benefits available, ensuring support and follow-up with claims, and maintaining excellent client relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand their requirements
  • Develop tailored solutions utilizing our extensive carrier network
  • Promote awareness among seniors about available benefits
  • Provide exceptional support and claim resolution services
  • Stay updated on changes in benefits available to clients
  • Maintain high-quality relationships with clients through proactive communication
Qualifications and Skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word and email programs
  • Strong desire to advocate for the community's well-being
Compensation Package

Enjoy a competitive salary range of $41,500 - $101,000 per year, reflecting your value as a dedicated Insurance Sales Specialist.
