**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct thorough interviews with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Create personalized solutions using our extensive toolbox of top-rated carriers.
  • Educate the community on benefits available through regular outreach and engagement.
  • Ensure seamless support and follow-up with clients regarding claims.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in benefits and adjust client solutions accordingly.
  • Maintain exceptional client relationships through timely and professional communication.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and email programs.
  • A genuine drive to advocate for your community and make a positive impact.

**Competitive Compensation Package:** $41,500 - $101,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
