Technical Assembly Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technical Assembly Specialist to join our team at Aggressive Hiring Group. As a key member of our assembly team, you will be responsible for assembling, building, and testing precision mechanisms with small hand tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and work instructions to perform hands-on assembly and disassembly of precision mechanisms.
- Collaborate with team members to develop efficient methods of assembly and record data.
- Build and test production and prototype machines, and record precision measurement data during assembly.
- Disassemble products and analyze operational running issues, and assist in correcting quality issues with parts or components.
- Utilize and develop efficient assembly techniques, conduct in-process tests, and functional checks to validate correct assembly.
- Work as part of a team to bring product designs to mass production, and maintain and troubleshoot mechanical issues on machines or equipment.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in small maintenance/appliance repair or equivalent.
- Hands-on ability to assemble and disassemble equipment, and basic mechanical skills, hand tool knowledge, torque, alignment, etc.
- Proficiency with drawings and blueprints, and excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates Applied Technology/Skilled Trades degree.
- Previous experience with HVAC systems or small appliance repair, high mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of small engines.
- Understanding of electronics and basic wiring.
