About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team at Drive Social Media. As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that equip our Business Developers with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing Business Developers
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
  • Conduct regular training sessions and provide one-on-one coaching to Business Developers
  • Monitor and analyze training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Manage and maintain a productive sales floor, including setting goals and expectations for Business Developers
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales training and development, with a strong emphasis on cold calling and prospecting
  • Previous management experience, especially with early career sales talent
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strong reporting and data analysis skills to quickly assess challenges and wins
  • Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think proactively
  • Ability to handle tough conversations and address concerns with empathy
  • Exceptional discipline and work ethic, with a strong commitment to follow through
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in an agency or with digital marketing
  • Experience with sales enablement tools, such as Salesforce and Orum
  • Face-to-face and virtual consultative selling experience
  • High-ticket sales experience with small to medium-sized businesses
  • Flexibility to work beyond regular hours to achieve targets and meet deadlines
