Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our Urogynecology practice at ChristianaCare. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our physicians in the examination and treatment of patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians with examinations and procedures
  • Prepare patients for virtual and on-site visits
  • Perform point of care testing, injections, and medication administration
  • Complete patient-specific paperwork and ensure EMR is up-to-date
  • Handle patient call backs, sterilize medical equipment, and troubleshoot patient issues with video visits
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or GED required
  • Graduate of a recognized Medical Assistant Program or hold current Medical Assistant Certification
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
