About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Agent to join our team at Dukes A&W Enterprises LLC. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for performing purchasing functions, managing contracts, and ensuring timely receipt and payment of goods.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In addition to performing purchasing functions, you will also be responsible for developing and implementing efficient purchasing systems, researching and selecting competitive sources for supplies and equipment, and negotiating with vendors to secure the best prices and delivery terms.

  • Incoming Paperwork Processing
  • Timely Receipt and Payment of Goods

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or better in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products.

Estimated Salary:$70,000 per year.
