Job Summary

As the mastermind behind our menu, you will be responsible for creating delicious dishes, managing kitchen tasks, and collaborating with our restaurant and hotel managers to ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise
  • Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
  • Collaborate with our restaurant and hotel managers to ensure seamless service
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef or similar position
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
