Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our customers achieve their dream of homeownership. You will be responsible for selling new homes, securing contracts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell new homes and secure contracts
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including communication with customers and follow-up on sales leads
  • Maintain accurate sales records and databases
  • Present products to customers and stay up-to-date on market trends
  • Shop the area competition to stay informed about market conditions

Requirements

  • One to two years of new home sales experience
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service, including communication skills and conflict resolution
  • Maintain a valid driver's license
  • Valid Real Estate License

What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual compensation of $155,000 - $175,000 (base salary of $40K/year plus commission and incentives). We also provide extensive benefits, including medical/dental/vision coverage, discounts on mortgages and home appliances, and a 401(k) plan.
