Job Summary

Solomon Page is seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Coordinator to join our Consumer Products team for a 6-month contract. This role will work onsite Monday through Thursday with Friday remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for the department, including placement grids, management, and execution of the assortment and vendor base.
  • Maintain the assigned department's range plan, including item setup, updates, and stage sets.
  • Create and maintain purchase orders, track delivery, and manage all orders in the company database system.
  • Manage daily promotional price change entries and departmental promotion activity.
  • Set up and manage licensed vendors, process PRRs, gather testing reports, and handle general vendor communication.
  • Maintain product flow documents to reflect stage set changes and process launch date changes.
  • Manage incoming samples, archiving, and storage.
  • Create assortment line sheets.
  • Obtain images and copy points needed for the website.
  • Coordinate and provide rework direction to the Distribution Center for non-compliant or assorted sku orders.
  • Coordinate with the DC and inventory control to RTV (Return to Vendor) product as needed.
  • Maintain and update inventory chase log-weekly.
  • Track inventory levels on dropship skus to ensure merchandise is in stock with the licensee.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Coordinator role.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, Keynote).
  • Self-starter and motivated, able to ask for assistance when uncertain.
  • Ability to project manage and capable of meeting deadlines and dealing with time constraints.
  • Possess strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, solid written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Resourceful, innovative, and responsive to change.
