The Retail Operations Supervisor reports directly to the Store Manager and plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective and profitable functioning of the store, in alignment with company policies and standards.

This position involves assisting the Store Manager in leading the team and overseeing all store operations. The Supervisor exemplifies outstanding customer service and showcases brand selling techniques to enhance sales and improve the customer experience.

The Retail Operations Supervisor ensures that the team comprehends and adheres to all aspects of the Groupe Dynamite brand image and visual merchandising standards. Collaboration with the Store Manager and the District Sales Supervisor is essential, providing insights to facilitate decision-making and drive business outcomes.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a management role;
  • High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset;
  • Goal-oriented and driven individual;
  • Strong team player with a client-focused approach;
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities;
  • Proficient in organizing, prioritizing, delegating, and following up;
  • Skilled in problem-solving and leadership;
  • Proactive and innovative mindset;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
