Job Description

Fabletics is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Part-Time Store Associate to join our team at Westfield Galleria at Roseville in Roseville, CA. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing a best-in-class retail store experience, utilizing cutting-edge technology to enable seamless shopping between our website and retail stores. You will work closely with the Store Manager, store supervisors, and a team of highly personable associates to help our customers Live their Passion.

Responsibilities
  • Embody our culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to Live their passion.
  • Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways, providing knowledge on our products.
  • Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment.
  • Participate in providing and nourishing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
  • Meet and exceed store objectives in Performance, Productivity, Efficiency, and Quality standards.
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
  • Unpack boxes for inventory as required, weighing 10-30 lbs.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment.
  • Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices.
  • Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
  • Ability to work with large teams.
  • Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated, good communicator.
  • The ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
  • This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
