Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Sales Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and representing the Squishable brand in a positive and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Act as a brand ambassador and represent the Squishable brand in a positive and professional manner
  • Supervise and motivate sales team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Stay up-to-date on all current Squishable products and provide product knowledge to customers
  • Assist in managing store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant supervisor experience in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment
  • Passion for people and customer service
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
