Position Overview:
As a Production Team Supervisor, you will be accountable for guiding a group of Associates in the preparation, assembly, and distribution of meals. Your role will involve overseeing workflow and allocating tasks to team members effectively. You will utilize sound judgment and discretion to assign responsibilities and manage team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Team Management:** Assign Associates to suitable workstations based on production needs and shift requirements. Supervise the utilization of temporary staffing to fulfill production demands in the absence of higher management.
2. **Operational Oversight:** Monitor daily operations and productivity levels to ensure efficiency.
3. **Scheduling:** Collaborate with your supervisor to create and adjust team members' schedules as necessary.
4. **Conflict Resolution:** Proactively address issues raised by team members, providing constructive feedback to foster skill development and confidence.
5. **Training and Support:** Serve as a resource for Associates regarding operational techniques, equipment usage, and procedural adherence.
6. **Compliance:** Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
7. **Inventory Management:** Account for accurate inventory levels and labor costs, while analyzing production reports effectively.

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Intermediate certification in OSHA, HACCP, and Food Hygiene is preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage workflow in a production environment.
- Experience in food manufacturing is essential, with a focus on GMP compliance.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are a plus.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform tasks that include sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Adaptability to a chilled work environment and potential exposure to various materials.
