Role Summary:

In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in driving the success of our Ecommerce operations by managing all facets of product merchandising. Your duties will encompass enhancing site merchandising through data-driven insights, guaranteeing timely and precise product launches, boosting SEO and product visibility, and enriching the overall shopping experience. You will also keep abreast of industry trends, explore new market opportunities, and collaborate with various teams to ensure the website's visual presentation aligns with brand standards while creating engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales and inventory data daily to refine site merchandising based on sales trends, product launches, marketing initiatives, and sales objectives.
  • Ensure accurate and timely product launches, including the necessary information, scheduling, and categorization.
  • Oversee the prompt launch of marketing and product-related assets across online platforms, testing user experience across devices and browsers.
  • Enhance product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to elevate search engine rankings and visibility.
  • Develop and execute strategies for SEO optimization to improve organic search performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in Ecommerce.
  • Investigate new market opportunities and strategies to broaden product offerings.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to improve the shopping experience.
  • Ensure user-friendly navigation and search functionalities on the website.
  • Maintain the website's visual presentation in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Work alongside Marketing/Creative teams to generate content that drives demand.
  • Review and analyze actual sales results to inform future planning, serving as the primary contact for product performance insights.
  • Partner with the Product team on exclusive web offerings, ensuring they are managed thoughtfully.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Ecommerce.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in implementing and learning new systems and processes swiftly.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data analysis tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a commitment to integrity, ethics, and personal accountability.
  • Awareness of market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Skilled in conveying insights from large data sets.
