POSITION SUMMARY:

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in assisting the Store Manager to foster a customer-centric and product-oriented sales environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performance Management:

  • Evaluate sales data and key performance indicators to identify business needs.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement effective business and sales strategies.
  • Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for achieving brand standards.
  • Manage payroll and supply budgets efficiently.
  • Oversee daily operational tasks, including scheduling, inventory audits, and payroll accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, including cash handling and merchandise management.
  • Administer operational processes, including inventory management and merchandise replenishment.
  • Maintain visual presentation and store organization in line with brand standards.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by motivating the sales team to achieve their goals.
  • Provide training and coaching to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Team Development:

  • Inspire and motivate the store team, creating a shared vision aligned with core values.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in retail management.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to adapt to technology used in the workplace.
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence with a proven sales record.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of store operational processes.
  • Regular attendance is essential for meeting company objectives.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Frequent walking and standing throughout the shift.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Regular climbing and reaching as needed.
