The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in assisting the Store Manager to foster a customer-centric and product-oriented sales environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performance Management:
- Evaluate sales data and key performance indicators to identify business needs.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement effective business and sales strategies.
- Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for achieving brand standards.
- Manage payroll and supply budgets efficiently.
- Oversee daily operational tasks, including scheduling, inventory audits, and payroll accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, including cash handling and merchandise management.
- Administer operational processes, including inventory management and merchandise replenishment.
- Maintain visual presentation and store organization in line with brand standards.
- Foster a high-performance culture by motivating the sales team to achieve their goals.
- Provide training and coaching to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Team Development:
- Inspire and motivate the store team, creating a shared vision aligned with core values.
- Encourage a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred 2+ years of experience in retail management.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to adapt to technology used in the workplace.
- Demonstrated customer service excellence with a proven sales record.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective leadership and team-building abilities.
- Knowledge of store operational processes.
- Regular attendance is essential for meeting company objectives.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Frequent walking and standing throughout the shift.
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Regular climbing and reaching as needed.
