About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Manager to join our electronics manufacturing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the entire product development process, from initial concept through to product launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the entire product development process, including research and development (R&D), creating product requirements documents (PRD), and overseeing product launch.
  • Work closely with the R&D team to develop and test prototypes, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project plans and timelines, ensuring that all product development activities are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all product development activities align with our overall business objectives.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our product development processes and systems.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Jira and Audio Precision to track and manage product development activities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including presenting product development updates to senior management and clients.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product development within the electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in managing the entire product development process, from initial concept through to product launch.
  • Strong knowledge of R&D, including developing and testing prototypes.
  • Experience in managing project plans and timelines, and ensuring that all activities are completed on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards in the electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Audio Precision.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
  • Fluency in Mandarin would be a significant advantage, as our company has strong ties with Mandarin-speaking markets.
