Key Responsibilities:
Concentrate on the strategic and operational dimensions of transfer pricing concerning U.S. and international related party transactions.


Oversee the Company's Transfer Pricing Life Cycle, which includes: planning, implementing transfer pricing policies, establishing pricing and contracts, monitoring and adjustments, compliance documentation, and audits.

Implement process enhancements that foster efficiency in data collection and reporting capabilities.

Ensure precise and timely adherence to mandatory periodic and annual transfer pricing documentation, including transfer pricing reports, country-by-country reporting, and Master File.

Collaborate with external service providers assisting in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and Company Business Services.

Support the transfer pricing lead and engage comfortably with various business teams within the organization and other members of the global tax department.

Assist with transfer pricing aspects of internal projects related to business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and special initiatives aimed at achieving corporate tax objectives.

Monitor changes in transfer pricing laws and regulations, including BEPS/OECD initiatives, and assess their potential impact on the Company's tax and transfer pricing strategies.

Coordinate transfer pricing-related audit matters, including advanced pricing agreements and responses to international audit inquiries.



Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in business, economics, accounting, finance, or a related field is required; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MBT, JD, etc.) in tax, accounting, finance, economics, or related fields is preferred.

Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience with increasing responsibilities in tax and/or operational transfer pricing.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Experience in public accounting, consulting, and/or multinational corporations is preferred.

A strong grasp of accounting and economic principles.

Proficiency in extracting, analyzing, and reviewing data to provide sound recommendations.

A detail-oriented individual who is self-driven and takes ownership of projects.

Ability to work effectively in a team setting and collaborate well with individuals at all organizational levels.

Experience in applying and implementing U.S. and International Tax and Transfer Pricing Laws and Regulations.
