We are currently in search of a skilled professional to join our Tax Compliance and Advisory (TCA) division as a Manager. In this capacity, you will deliver tax advisory services with a focus on revenue recognition, expense timing, capitalization, and inventory management. Your role will involve navigating regulatory changes, tax strategy development, mergers and acquisitions, and more, aimed at assisting clients in optimizing their tax positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve complex issues related to revenue, expense, and inventory management
  • Maintain current knowledge of IRS and Treasury regulations
  • Create technical training resources
  • Engage with both internal and external partners on tax strategy
  • Identify and analyze emerging technical challenges within the sector
  • Review and assess Form 3115 for changes in Accounting Methods

Required Qualifications:

  • J.D./Tax LL.M. or CPA designation
  • Proficient research and writing capabilities
  • Experience with tax accounting methodologies and periods
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
