Digital Technology Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Technology Leader to join our team at Fountain. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation and innovation across our business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Digital Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives. This will involve identifying emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporating cutting-edge solutions into our digital roadmap.
Lead Digital Technology TeamLead a team of dedicated digital technology professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. This will involve establishing clear goals and performance metrics for the team, and ensuring they are met and aligned with broader business objectives.
Drive Digital TransformationSpearhead the digital transformation process, driving the adoption of new technologies and digitization of business processes. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, and ensuring seamless integration of digital solutions across all departments.
Manage Digital ProjectsOversee the implementation of digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards. This will involve monitoring, managing, and reporting on key management controls, including budget, people, project, and product deliverables and data.
Develop and Implement Cybersecurity StrategiesDevelop and implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect our digital assets and customer data, in line with our Group Cybersecurity policies and standards. This will involve identifying relevant cybersecurity risks for our business and developing risk mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with relevant industry and market regulations, laws, and standards.
Manage External Technology VendorsEvaluate, select, and manage external technology vendors and partners to support our digital initiatives, only where Group wide contracts do not already exist. This will involve negotiating contracts and service level agreements to ensure cost-effective and efficient partnerships.
Requirements- Education
A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
ExperienceProven success (minimum 10 years) in a digital or technology leadership role driving digital transformation within a large organization or division.
Skills and QualificationsStrong understanding of the latest digital technologies, including cloud computing, AI/ML, Generative AI, IoT, and data analytics. Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives. Solid experience in project management, ensuring successful delivery of complex digital projects on time and within budget. Demonstrated ability to create and execute innovative digital strategies that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
