Job Title: Sales Manager, Las Vegas Wynn

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Van Cleef and Arpels, a leading luxury goods company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Boutique Director to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and revenue.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional client experiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in a foreign language relevant to the market is preferred.
