Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team at Conduent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctors' offices, and verifying data from automated data extraction tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process documents electronically with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Make outbound calls to doctors' offices as needed
  • Verify data from automated data extraction tools
  • Classify documents based on contract requirements
  • Ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word
  • Secure workspace with high-speed internet
  • Ability to pass a typing test
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
