Data Entry Specialist: Patient Services

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join the Patient Services Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient enrollment forms, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to gather necessary information. This position is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our patient services database and supporting our therapeutic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive Patient Services Enrollment Forms from healthcare providers via online, fax, phone call, or direct mail.
  • Review Enrollment Forms and create patient cases in the Patient Services CRM.
  • Input all consents and verify the completeness of required information.
  • Collaborate with the team to collect missing information from patients or healthcare providers and update Enrollment Forms accordingly.
  • Allocate cases to the appropriate point of contact based on therapeutic area and zip-to-territory alignment.
  • Assist with additional data entry needs as required.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems.
  • Basic understanding of patient services and healthcare terminology is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and healthcare providers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Compensation:
$20 to $23 per hour
