Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop budgets for each engagement.
  • Manage client engagements, including pre-audit planning.
  • Evaluate client accounting practices, operational procedures, and internal control systems.
  • Execute audit tests to ensure accurate representation of client financial statements.
  • Document workpapers and create accounting worksheets.
  • Conduct research on technical matters.
  • Review workpapers and programs prepared by staff.
  • Identify challenges and suggest suitable solutions.
  • Keep management informed about the progress of engagements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure timely and efficient audit completion.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor staff throughout the engagement process.
  • Assess staff performance for engagement evaluations.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of audit and/or assurance experience.
  • Experience working with real estate clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPA certification or progress towards completion.
  • A Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
