Job Title: Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at PeopleShare. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the capital goods and construction equipment industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience in the capital goods or construction equipment industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of work time
