Sales Professional Manchester

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share. As a key representative of Clearwater Paper's Manchester Industries division, this individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target segments within the territory
- Collaborate with internal teams, including pricing, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure alignment on customer expectations and internal capabilities
- Provide tailored product and service solutions based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Act as the key point of contact for major clients, responsible for demand planning, addressing quality issues and claims, and fostering key relationships with internal operations and key mill partners
Minimum 3-5 years of sales, customer service, or related experience in the paper, printing, packaging, or graphic arts industry required
Financial analysis acumen in a manufacturing environment is required
Experience utilizing/interpreting various commercial measures in Microsoft Excel
Experience in customer-facing roles or speaking in front of small groups as a subject matter expert
Corporate experience in sales or business development role preferred
Current knowledge and proficiency with MS Office suite inclusive of analytical & database tools
