Rental Sales Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Rental Sales Agent to join our team at Avis Budget Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for renting our cars and promoting our products and services at our airport rental counters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process contracts and effectively upsell our offerings and services to enhance customer travel experiences
  • Listen to and identify customer needs, providing excellent customer service
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, processing transactions and managing customer interactions

  • A competitive bi-weekly hourly wage, plus an extremely profitable commission/incentive/bonus plan
  • Minimum commission guarantee or actual commission, whichever is greater, for the first two months

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Effective verbal communication skills and basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
  • Professional, engaging personality and flexibility to work all shifts
  • Ability to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods and be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

A 6-month real estate or retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus.
