Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic Reception and Records Coordinator to join our team. As the face and first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient business operations.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of front desk experience and possess excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. They will also have strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
As a Reception and Records Coordinator, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate person. You will also manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries, provide administrative support to other team members, order medical records and bills, and assist the Intake Department with qualifying potential new clients and case signups.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Answer incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate person.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed.
  • Order/Manage medical records and bills.
  • Assist Intake Department with qualifying potential new clients and case signups.
