- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with operations teams to provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless delivery of our clinical laboratory solutions.
- Champion safety, compliance, and quality control initiatives to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license and an excellent driving record for the past three years.
- Previous outside sales or service experience, preferably in the medical field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- 2-5 years of outside sales or service experience in the medical field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing.

This role will have routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI). Employees will be trained on reasonable safeguards and are expected to maintain strict confidentiality, as well as abide by all applicable privacy and security standards.
Working Conditions- 40 hours per week.
