Job Title: Regional Business Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Operations Director to join our team at Ochsner Health System. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning and executing administrative, financial, and operational activities for our regional executive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a point of contact between top management and employees/stakeholders
  • Oversee projects of high importance and provide guidance as needed
  • Assume responsibility for regional operations rhythms and strategic execution processes
  • Lead regional initiatives on behalf of leadership
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, or related field
  • 5 years of related healthcare experience, including 2 years of supervision or management experience
  • Experience in project management and/or change management
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
