Job Summary:

The Senior Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. This role requires a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Place customer orders and ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and increase customer loyalty.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced Customer Service Representatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and make recommendations to customers as needed.
Requirements:

Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Five or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
Skills & Abilities:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of our products and services.
  • Reliability, organization, and attention to detail required.
