Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
- Manage and oversee the financial performance of the food hall, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless operations and cost-effective solutions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and activations to drive revenue and increase brand awareness
- 2+ years of experience as a General Manager in a hotel or restaurant
- 2+ years of P&L responsibility managing at least a one million dollar budget
- High School Diploma
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and adapt to new challenges and opportunities
