Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage and oversee the financial performance of the food hall, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless operations and cost-effective solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and activations to drive revenue and increase brand awareness
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a General Manager in a hotel or restaurant
  • 2+ years of P&L responsibility managing at least a one million dollar budget
  • High School Diploma
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and adapt to new challenges and opportunities
