Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce company policies and procedures, maintaining a culture of compliance and integrity.
  • Ensure adherence to all laws and regulations, minimizing risk and liability.
  • Maintain ethical business practices, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Contribute to profit goals by effectively managing restaurant operations and resources.
  • Handle cash management responsibilities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Monitor inventory levels to minimize loss and optimize stock management.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Lead a team independently during shifts, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Operate various office equipment, maintaining a high level of technical proficiency.
  • Demonstrate dependability and efficiency in achieving results, meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, ensuring physical demands are met with ease.
