Job Summary:
The University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics is hiring an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to work in the Gastroenterology department. As an ARNP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to adult patients with motility disorders.

The Gastroenterology department at UIHC is dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients with digestive disorders. Our team of healthcare professionals is committed to delivering compassionate and evidence-based care.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and treat patients with motility disorders.
  • Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in nursing or related field.
  • Current licensure as an ARNP in Iowa.
  • Certification in specialty area (gastroenterology).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical practice.
