Job Summary

The Human Resources Specialist will provide specialized assistance to the Recruitment Services team, coordinating and supporting the implementation of Human Resource Management programs and processes. The incumbent will perform administrative tasks and interact effectively with the public and all levels of employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Services team
  • Coordinate and support the implementation of Human Resource Management programs and processes
  • Interact effectively with the public and all levels of employees
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Eight years of clerical/secretarial experience with a high school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, possess a good telephone voice, and capable of projecting and articulating the policies of the institution
Working Conditions

The Human Resources Specialist will work in a fast-paced office environment, interacting with employees and the public. The incumbent will be required to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to analyze large amounts of data.
