Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Workforce and Analytics Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with scheduling and mapping software, and the ability to communicate actionable insights effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling & Workforce Management:

  • Develop and manage schedules for the call center and canvass teams to drive productivity and efficiency.
  • Analyze data to recommend optimal scheduling strategies and improve team performance.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate business needs and changes.

Mapping & Territory Management:

  • Create and optimize canvassing routes and territories using GIS and other mapping tools.
  • Provide the canvass team with insights based on geographic analysis to maximize efficiency in target areas.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Pull and analyze performance data from various platforms to track key metrics.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards to management, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.

Logistics Coordination:

  • Coordinate schedules and logistics for canvass employees attending home shows and events.
  • Ensure canvass teams are equipped with necessary materials and instructions for each event.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, geography, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in scheduling or workforce management, preferably in sales or field operations.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and mapping software, as well as data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
