Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Workforce Development Manager to join our team at Surge Staffing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target new accounts and expand existing relationships
  • Collaborate with field management to plan and execute sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and proposals
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous business development experience, preferably in a sales or account management role
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
