This is a key role within our Communication Office that requires a strategic and collaborative communications professional who can use media relations tactics to further our public health mission.

A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work well under pressure when handling time-sensitive projects. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive media relations strategy, working closely with our team to identify opportunities to showcase our public health initiatives.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in public health communication, with experience in media relations and crisis communication. They will be able to think strategically, develop effective communication plans, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve our goals.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. This position also offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
