Job Overview

Position Summary:

Lantern Crest Senior Living is in search of a dedicated Concierge/Front Desk professional responsible for delivering outstanding service to our senior residents and their families. The ideal candidate will serve as the initial point of contact for guests, fostering a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

The Concierge/Front Desk role encompasses a variety of administrative duties, managing incoming communications, and addressing diverse resident needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet all visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Handle and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable.
  • Support administrative functions such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
  • Address resident inquiries and requests promptly and effectively.
  • Arrange transportation services and appointments for residents as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive workplace.
  • Stay informed about all services and amenities available at Lantern Crest.
  • Conduct tours of the facility for prospective residents and their families, highlighting our offerings.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.

  • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Compassionate and patient approach when interacting with senior residents.

  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is mandatory.
