Job Summary

As an HR intern at Caterpillar, you will perform challenging work while being exposed to a variety of HR functions within the company. You will work with our teams to ensure that every intern gains the appropriate professional and personal growth necessary to be successful in the corporate environment. Requirements

To be eligible for this internship, you must be enrolled full-time at a 4-year accredited university/college in one of the following degree programs: Human Resources or in Business with emphasis in Human Resources. You must also have a minimum 2.8/4.0 Cumulative GPA (no rounding) and an expected graduation date of December 2025 and beyond. Additionally, you must have completed 12 semester hours at a 4-year university before the start of the internship or currently participating in a Caterpillar student program.
