IT Manager

Caterpillar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Applications department, you will be responsible for leading and managing a global team of IT professionals to deliver high-quality services and solutions to our customers.

• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to deliver high-quality services and solutions.
• Develop and implement IT strategies and plans to support business objectives.
• Manage and maintain IT systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
• Develop and manage IT budgets and resources to ensure effective use of resources.

• 5+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on enterprise applications.
• Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing IT teams.
• Strong technical skills, with expertise in IT systems and infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to develop and implement IT strategies and plans to support business objectives.
