Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic operational and process plans to drive business results and improve efficiency
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fashion department, including supply chain management, inventory control, sales operations, and customer service
  • Design, implement, and monitor effective process strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and increase profitability
  • Regularly evaluate operational and process performance using key metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, design teams, marketing teams, and senior management
  • Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • 3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area, or 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area with 1 year's supervisory experience
