  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client needs, and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.

  • Professional Certifications: Professional project management certifications, such as PMP.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies and principles.
  • Business Process Analysis: Experience in business process analysis, requirements, design, and quality.
